ServicesTurboprop Charter
Turboprop Charter in Lebanon, IN
For trips of a few hundred miles, a turboprop often gets you there almost as fast as a jet, into airports closer to where you are going, for less. We match your group to the right aircraft and give you one all-inclusive quote by phone.

When a turboprop is the smart choice
A turboprop is a pressurized aircraft with turbine engines that drive propellers. Popular models like the Beechcraft King Air and Pilatus PC-12 seat roughly six to nine passengers and cruise around 300 miles per hour. On a flight under about two hours, the time difference against a light jet is often just a few minutes.
Where turboprops really earn their place is the runway. They can use shorter strips at smaller regional airports that many jets cannot, so you may land a short drive from your meeting, job site or family visit instead of at a busy hub an hour away.
If your trip runs longer, or you want more speed and altitude, we will tell you plainly and price a light jet charter or midsize jet charter instead. You get the aircraft that fits the trip, not the one that costs the most.
What your turboprop charter covers
A turboprop sized to your trip
Before we suggest an aircraft, we look at how many are flying, your luggage, the distance and the airports at each end. Two executives with briefcases need a different cabin than a family with strollers and golf bags.
One all-inclusive number
The aircraft, crew, fuel and standard fees are rolled into one price. No hidden charges appear after landing.
Billed only for the legs you take
Flying one way? You pay for that trip alone. We never charge round trip pricing for a one-way flight.
Room for pets, plus WIFI
Pets are allowed and ride in the cabin beside you. Need to work in the air? Ask us about WIFI equipped aircraft.
FBO details handled
We set up the departure FBO, parking and arrival plans, so you just walk in, meet the crew and board without waiting in line.
When a turboprop makes sense
The flight is under roughly 500 miles
Regional trips from central Indiana to Chicago, Louisville or Nashville are textbook turboprop runs. With a short cruise, a jet's added speed saves little.
You are landing at a small field
When the airport nearest your meeting or lake house has a short runway, a turboprop may get in where a jet cannot.
Your group is small
Most turboprop cabins seat four to eight passengers in comfort, and the larger models often add a private lavatory.
You want comfort at a lower cost
A pressurized turboprop climbs above much of the weather and generally costs less per hour than a jet.
How booking and flight day work
- 1
Tell us about the trip
Give us your dates, airports, passenger count, luggage and any pets. We ask a few questions so the aircraft fits on the first try.
- 2
Get your quote by phone
We walk you through the all-inclusive price and the cancellation terms in plain language, so you know what happens if plans change before departure.
- 3
Confirm and prepare
Once you confirm, we share the FBO address, departure time and what ID to bring. Changes are handled by phone with a real person.
- 4
Arrive and fly
Plan to arrive about 15 to 20 minutes early. Your crew loads the bags, gives a short briefing and you are on your way. We are available around the clock if something shifts on the day.
What sets the price of a turboprop trip
Flying a turboprop is usually the least expensive way to go private, but every trip is priced on its own details. Here is what moves your all-inclusive quote up or down.
- Time spent flying
- Flight hours drive most of a charter price. A short regional hop costs far less than a long leg flown at turboprop speed.
- How big the cabin is
- A six-seat PC-12 carries a different price than a larger King Air 350. We match the cabin to your group instead of sizing up for no reason.
- Bringing the aircraft to you
- If the nearest available turboprop has to fly in to pick you up, that time can show up in the price. Point to point pricing keeps one-way trips priced fairly.
- Overnights and wait time
- When the crew stays with you over several days, lodging and waiting time are added. A same-day return is often simpler.
- High-demand dates
- Fewer aircraft are free on holiday weekends and during big events. Booking early leaves you more to pick from.
Turboprop charter questions
Something not covered here? (765) 997-5579
Are turboprops as safe and comfortable as jets?
Turboprops like the King Air and PC-12 are widely used by business travelers and air ambulance operators. Their cabins are pressurized and climate controlled. You will hear a bit more engine sound than in some jets, but the ride is smooth at cruise altitude.
How many passengers can a turboprop carry?
Most turboprop charters seat about six to nine passengers. The real limit is often luggage and fuel together, so tell us about golf clubs, ski bags or equipment and we will confirm the fit.
Can we fly from near Lebanon instead of driving to Indianapolis?
Often, yes. Turboprops can use smaller regional airports, and we will look at the closest workable departure for you and anyone joining from towns like Zionsville or Brownsburg.
Is a turboprop slow for a longer trip?
Beyond roughly two hours in the air, a jet starts saving real time. For a trip to Florida or the West Coast, we will usually suggest a midsize jet charter or super-midsize jet charter instead.
Can I book a turboprop on short notice?
Yes. We work on demand and answer the phone around the clock, so a last-minute business trip or family need can often be covered. Availability depends on what aircraft are nearby at that moment.
