ServicesSuper-Midsize Jet Charter
Lebanon, IN Super-Midsize Jet Charter
On a four- or five-hour trip, a super-midsize jet flies your group without stopping, in a cabin with enough height to stand and move about. We fit the aircraft to your route, headcount and luggage, then quote one all-inclusive price.

The jet for long days and full cabins
A super-midsize jet sits between the midsize and heavy classes. Models like the Challenger 350, Citation Longitude, Gulfstream G280 and Praetor 600 typically seat eight to ten passengers and fly about 3,000 nautical miles without stopping. From central Indiana, that reaches either coast and most of Canada in one leg.
Most people choose this class for two reasons. The trip is too long to be comfortable in a light jet, or the group plus luggage would crowd a midsize. You get a flat floor, a full galley and an enclosed lavatory, so a five-hour flight feels like a working day in an office instead of a long squeeze.
If your trip is shorter or your group is smaller, we will say so. A Light Jet Charter or Midsize Jet Charter may do the same job for less, and we would rather you fly the right aircraft than the biggest one.

What your super-midsize flight includes
- 01
One all-inclusive price
Your quote covers the aircraft, crew, fuel, landing and FBO fees, and taxes. No hidden charges are tacked on after you land.
- 02
Priced leg by leg
You pay only for the legs you fly. A one-way trip is never billed at round trip pricing to cover a jet sitting idle.
- 03
Room to work or rest
Stand-up headroom, wide reclining seats and WIFI equipped aircraft for calls and sharing files in flight. On many models the seats fold flat into beds for overnight trips.
- 04
Plenty of baggage space
Several suitcases, golf bags and skis fit in a baggage area you can often reach during the flight. Tell us what you are bringing and we will confirm it fits.
- 05
Your pets ride along
Pets are allowed and sit in the cabin with you. Let us know how many and how big so we can follow the operator's rules.
- 06
Nothing to sign up for
No prepaid accounts and no long term commitments. Book one trip any time you need it.
Questions about Super-Midsize Jet Charter?
Call(765) 997-5579Signs a super-midsize jet is the right call
You are flying more than about four hours
Beyond that point, the extra range and cabin space start paying off. A nonstop flight also skips a fuel stop that can add an hour or more.
Your group has seven or more people
Midsize cabins get tight with a full group and their bags. A super-midsize gives everyone a real seat and room to move.
The day includes meetings on both ends
When your team needs to prepare on the way out and debrief on the way home, a quiet cabin with WIFI turns flight time into work time.
You need to leave on short notice
Plans change fast for executives and families alike. We take on demand requests around the clock and look for available aircraft right away, though availability always depends on the day.
How your trip comes together
- 1
Talk it through by phone
Tell us your route, dates, passenger count, bags and any pets. We ask about flexibility too, since a small change in departure time can open up more aircraft.
- 2
Review your options
We send you aircraft choices with photos, specifications and one all-inclusive price for each. We explain the charter agreement and cancellation terms in plain language before you sign anything.
- 3
Confirm and prepare
Once you confirm, we share the FBO address, crew details and arrival time. Most passengers arrive about 15 to 20 minutes before departure, with no terminal lines.
- 4
Fly and follow up
Your crew meets you planeside and handles your bags. If anything disrupts the trip, we help you document what happened and explain how your travel insurance claim generally works, without acting as your adjuster.
What moves the price of a super-midsize charter
Charter pricing is built mostly on flight hours, so the route matters more than anything else. We break every quote into clear lines so you can see where the money goes. If something on the list looks off for your trip, ask and we will explain it.
- Distance and flight time
- Longer legs cost more, but flying nonstop can cost less than a smaller jet that has to stop for fuel.
- Positioning the aircraft
- If the nearest available jet is based elsewhere, flying it to your departure point adds time. Point to point pricing keeps this as low as the route allows.
- Overnights and wait time
- Multi-day trips may include crew lodging and parking fees at the destination FBO.
- Season and demand
- Holidays, big sporting events and busy ski weeks tighten availability. Booking earlier usually gives you more choices.
- Airport and runway needs
- Super-midsize jets need longer runways than turboprops. Some smaller fields will not work, so we pick airports that keep your trip safe and practical.
Super-midsize charter questions
How many people can a super-midsize jet carry?
Most seat eight to ten passengers, depending on the model and layout. Luggage and fuel needs for long legs can lower that number a little. We confirm the exact count for your route before you book.
Can I fly from Indiana to the West Coast without stopping?
Usually, yes. Range is the main reason people choose this class, and a flight from central Indiana to California is well within it under normal conditions. Strong winter headwinds can occasionally require a stop, and we will tell you if that is likely.
Where do we depart from?
You depart from a private FBO rather than a commercial terminal. Passengers from Lebanon, Zionsville, Carmel and Brownsburg often leave from airports around Indianapolis that have runways long enough for these jets. We suggest the field that is most convenient for your group.
What happens if my flight is disrupted?
We work to rebook you as quickly as possible. We also help you gather what an insurer usually asks for, such as times, receipts and a description of what happened, and explain the steps of a claim. Your insurer makes the final decision on coverage.
Is a super-midsize worth it over a midsize jet?
For trips under three hours with a small group, often not. For longer flights, larger groups or lots of luggage, the extra space and nonstop range make a real difference. We will give you both quotes so you can compare.
