ServicesLight Jet Charter
Lebanon, IN Light Jet Charter
For a small group flying to a meeting, a weekend away or relatives a few states off, a light jet is usually the right fit. We size the aircraft to your plans and walk you through an all-inclusive quote by phone.

What a light jet does well
Light jets usually seat four to seven passengers and cover regional distances quickly, often two to three hours of flying without a fuel stop. They fly faster and higher than a turboprop, which means a smoother ride above much of the weather and less time in the air.
They also tend to cost less to operate than larger cabins, so they make sense when your group is small and your bags are reasonable. The trade-off is space. The cabin is snug, you will not stand up straight in most models, and some smaller aircraft have only a basic lavatory or none at all.
When you call, we ask about your passengers, luggage and schedule first. If a light jet fits, we say so. If a turboprop or a midsize jet would serve you better, we tell you that too.
What your light jet charter includes
Aircraft matched to your trip
We look at passenger count, baggage, distance and runway length before suggesting an aircraft. That keeps you from paying for seats you will not use.
An all-inclusive quote
Your quote rolls in the flight, fuel, crew and the usual fees we know about up front. No hidden costs show up after you land.
One-way, point to point pricing
You pay for the trip you actually take. We never charge round trip pricing for a one-way flight.
Departure from a nearby FBO
You leave from a private terminal, not a crowded airline gate. Most passengers arrive a short while before departure, park close by and walk out to the aircraft.
Pets and onboard WiFi
Pets are allowed, so the family dog can come along. WiFi equipped aircraft are available if you need to keep working in the air.
Signs a light jet is the right call
Your group is small
Two to six people with carry-on or modest checked bags is the sweet spot. Golf bags and skis can fit, but tell us about them early.
The trip is regional
Flights from central Indiana to the Southeast, the Northeast or much of the Midwest usually sit well within light jet range.
Time matters more than legroom
A same-day out and back for a client meeting works well when the flight is short and the cabin only needs to be comfortable for a couple of hours.
Airline connections are eating your day
If the commercial route means a layover or a long drive to a bigger airport, a direct light jet flight can give you back most of the day.
You want to avoid long-term commitments
You book one trip at a time. There are no long term commitments and nothing to sign up for before you fly.
How a light jet trip comes together
- 1
Tell us about the trip
Call and walk us through dates, passengers, pets, luggage and where you want to land. We help by phone or video, whichever is easier for you.
- 2
Get your quote
We source a suitable light jet and give you an all-inclusive quote with the aircraft type and timing laid out. Ask anything you like before you decide.
- 3
Confirm and prepare
Once you confirm, we share the departure FBO, arrival details and anything your passengers should bring. Changes to the schedule are easier to handle the earlier you let us know.
- 4
Fly and arrive
Arrive at the FBO, meet your crew and board. On arrival you step off close to your ground transportation, and we stay reachable around the clock if plans shift during the trip.
How a light jet quote is built
Light jets rank among the lower-cost jets to charter, yet each trip prices out differently. Hours in the air and the aircraft's starting point carry the most weight, and we break down each part so the total is easy to follow.
- Distance flown
- A longer route uses more fuel and more crew time. Trips at the outer limit of a light jet's range can call for a fuel stop, which adds to the travel day.
- The jet's home base
- When the aircraft must fly in to reach you, that repositioning can affect the total. With point to point pricing, you are not billed for a return leg you will not take.
- Waiting and overnight stays
- Keeping the jet and its crew with you over several days runs higher than a one-way drop-off or an out-and-back on the same day.
- Busy travel dates
- Holiday weekends, major games and peak weeks leave fewer aircraft open. Calling early gives us a wider pick.
Questions travelers ask about light jets
Something not covered here? (765) 997-5579
What is the passenger limit on a light jet?
Four to seven seats is typical, varying by model. A full cabin with bags gets cramped, so if your group sits near the upper end, we may point you toward a midsize jet.
How many bags can come along?
On a light jet, luggage room usually runs out before seats do. Soft duffels fit better than rigid cases. Share an approximate bag count on the call and we will check the aircraft can take it before you book.
Does the jet have a lavatory?
It depends on the model: some have a private enclosed lavatory and others a simple one. If your group needs it, say so and we will quote only aircraft that have it.
Is my dog welcome on board?
Yes, pets can fly. Tell us how many and how large so we can plan the cabin and look up any rules where you land.
Would a turboprop work instead?
For short trips and small runways, a turboprop can be a good choice. A light jet is quicker and tends to cruise above more weather, a plus on longer regional flights. If you are torn, we weigh the two with you on the call.
