ServicesMidsize Jet Charter

Midsize Jet Charter in Lebanon, IN

When a light jet feels tight and the trip runs three hours or more, a midsize jet gives your passengers more cabin, more bags and fewer fuel stops. We find the right aircraft for your dates and give you one all-inclusive quote before you commit.

When a Midsize Jet Is the Right Fit

A midsize jet usually seats seven to nine passengers in a cabin you can move around in, with a private lavatory and a baggage hold big enough for golf bags or a week of luggage. Common types include the Hawker 800 series, the Citation XLS and the Learjet 60.

The real advantage is range. Many midsize jets can fly from central Indiana to Florida, Texas or most of the West Coast without stopping for fuel, so the trip feels like one flight instead of two. For a short hop to Chicago or Nashville, a light jet or turboprop charter often makes more sense, and we will tell you so.

We charter on demand with point to point pricing, so you pay for the trip you take. There are no long term commitments and nothing to sign up for before you fly.

What Comes With Your Midsize Charter

The right aircraft for your route
We weigh passenger count, luggage, distance and runway length at each end, then narrow it to aircraft that fly the route comfortably. We explain why each one made the list.
A single all-inclusive quote
One figure covers the aircraft, crew, fuel, standard fees and taxes. Before you book, we flag anything that might change it, such as de-icing on a cold morning.
Leave from a nearby FBO
You board at a private terminal instead of a busy airline concourse. We can set up departures for passengers from Zionsville, Brownsburg, Carmel and the surrounding area.
Comforts on board
Many of the midsize aircraft we book are WIFI equipped aircraft, so your team can keep working while flying. Ask on the call and we can arrange catering and ground transportation.
Pets on board
Pets are allowed, so your dog can sit in the cabin with you. Tell us how many animals and their size, and we will pick an operator and aircraft that work for them.
Support if your plans shift
When a meeting moves or weather changes the schedule, we arrange new timing with the operator and explain what your travel coverage or company policy might reimburse. We record the changes clearly, but your insurer decides any claim.

Signs a Midsize Jet Suits Your Trip

  • Six or more passengers

Once your group passes five or six, a light jet starts to feel crowded and may not carry everyone's bags. A midsize cabin gives each person a real seat and some elbow room.

  • Flights longer than three hours

On longer legs, an enclosed lavatory and the ability to stand and stretch make a noticeable difference, especially for kids or older passengers.

  • You want to skip the fuel stop

If the route would force a light jet to land partway, a midsize jet can often fly it nonstop and save you close to an hour.

  • The team needs to work in the air

Club seating and a quieter cabin let colleagues review a deck or take a call on the way to a client meeting.

  • Lots of luggage or gear

Ski bags, golf clubs and trade show cases fit far more easily in a midsize baggage hold.

What Goes Into a Midsize Jet Price

A midsize charter costs more per hour than a light jet, yet on longer trips its nonstop range can narrow the gap in the total. All of our quotes are all-inclusive, and a one-way flight is never charged round trip pricing.

Flight time and distance

Time in the air accounts for most of the cost. Staying nonstop spares you the added landing and fees that come with a fuel stop.

Which aircraft are free

The base of the closest suitable midsize jet changes how long it takes to position. If one is already flying toward you, we may bring up empty leg flights as a choice.

Travel dates and times

Supply gets tight around holiday weekends and major sporting events. Flexibility on departure time lets us compare more aircraft.

Crew overnights and waiting

When the crew stays at your destination for the flight home, lodging and overnight fees apply. They appear in your quote, so there are no hidden costs.

How Booking a Midsize Charter Works

  1. 1

    Talk through the trip

Tell us by phone or video where you are going, when, who is flying and what you are bringing. A few minutes of detail up front keeps the quote accurate.

  2. 2

    Review your quote

We walk you through aircraft options with one all-inclusive price each and explain the differences in plain terms. You choose, or ask us to look again.

  3. 3

    Confirm and prepare

Once you book, we pass passenger names, pet details and catering requests to the operator and give you the FBO address and departure time.

  4. 4

    Fly and stay in touch

Arrive shortly before departure, meet the crew and board. We are reachable 24/7 by phone while you travel in case anything shifts on the return leg.

Common Midsize Jet Questions

What is the seating capacity of a midsize jet?

Seven to nine passengers is typical, depending on model and cabin setup. Luggage counts as much as seats, so let us know what each person is packing and we will make sure it all fits.

Will a midsize jet reach the West Coast without stopping?

Many can fly nonstop from central Indiana to Los Angeles or Phoenix. Winter headwinds or a cabin full of passengers and bags can cut that range, and we account for both before we quote.

Should I pay more for a midsize instead of a light jet?

On flights shorter than about two hours with four or five passengers, a light jet usually gives better value. On longer trips, the roomier cabin, private lavatory and nonstop range often make a midsize jet more comfortable and efficient.

Is a round trip required?

No. Our quotes are point to point, so you get a one-way price for a one-way flight. Need to come back later? Call us and we will quote that trip on its own.

What if weather or a mechanical problem delays my flight?

We work with the operator to reschedule or find a replacement aircraft as fast as possible. We also keep a clear record of the delay, including times and causes, for you to share with your travel insurer or employer. Call us with any questions about that record and we will go through it together.
